Application Fee & Refund Policy

No application fee is charged for this property.

The application fee covers the actual cost of screening and verification (credit, criminal, eviction, employment, and landlord references). Fees are generally non-refundable once screening has begun, because those costs are incurred on your behalf. However, where state or local law requires it, we comply: for example, some states require a refund of the unused portion of the fee, or a refund when fees are collected from multiple applicants for the same unit and those applications are never reviewed, or when the fee exceeds the legal cap. For international applicants, the fee is collected in US dollars and the law of the property's location governs refunds and fee limits.
